Once I've published my brand guidelines, how do I embed them on my website?
You can easily embed any published guideline with a simple iframe. It’s as simple as putting a YouTube video on your site.

What's the difference between a Single Brand and an Agency account?
A Single Brand account is for an organization with only one brand. An Agency account is for a marketing agency, consultant, or other company working with multiple brands. Agency account tiers add flexibility to create multiple brand guidelines and add team members inside 1Brand with specific permissions around what they can view and adjust.

If I purchase 1Brand, how does my subscription payment renew?
As a subscription model, your yearly payment plan will auto-renew on your next billing date. You will receive email notifications before your renewal is due, and you will have the ability to adjust your payment method as needed.

I'm interested in your Enterprise Plan. How do I get this plan?
Select the Enterprise tier, or reach out to us. You can start your free trial today, but for payment, our Enterprise Plans have a Master Services Agreement and are paid via ACH.

How do I upgrade my plan?
Please reach out to us and we'll get you set up!

How do I cancel my paid subscription?
Just navigate to your account settings and then your subscription page. From there, click cancel and you’re set!

Do I need to upload my logo files?
1Brand will grab your logo from your website to make it easy to get started. However, we recommend you upload a vector file version of each of your logos for the best results. In your final published guidelines, they allow logos file downloads, and with vector files, we’ll help translate those downloads into other file formats.

What file types do you support?
For vector logo files, we currently support SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF file formats.

What color models does 1Brand use and help to translate?
We currently support HEX, HSV, HWB, LAB, XYZ, and CMYK color models.

Can I publish my guidelines privately, so only my employees can access it?
Absolutely! Just make sure the page you create for them is only viewable internally. Publish it on your intranet instead of your public website. You can also download a PDF and circulate it the old-fashioned way.

How many brands can I manage with 1Brand?

Our Basic and Pro tiers are intended for in-house brand owners, and allow you to manage a single brand. A 1Brand for agencies subscription lets you manage unlimited client brands.

I changed the color model for one of my brand colors. Why doesn't the color tile change?

1Brand uses hexadecimal colors as the source of truth, so our color swatches always show the hex color, even if your formula for that color in another model would translate to a slightly different hex color.

Why don't you show a preview of my fonts?

We currently integrate with Google Fonts and one other font API. We're continually adding new font sources. You can add your fonts to your brand and guideline, even if the preview for your font isn't yet supported.

Can I use an offset of a logo element to specify logo clearspace?

Our logo clearpsace tool works off the absolute dimensions of your logo. The tool does not currently support basing clearspace off an element within your logo.

Can I export a brand guidelines PDF in different sizes, such as A4?

The brand guidelined PDF export feature currently supports 8.5 x 11 inches only.

How many users can I add to my account?

Our agency accounts allow you to add an unlimited number of team members who can access all of your clients. Basic and Pro accounts allow only one user. Client accounts are also limited to one client user at this time.

What's the difference between a Pro client license and a Pro subscription for my own brand?

Pro accounts have all the same branding features, whether they are purchased by an agency or for use by an in-house team. The primary difference is that for client licenses, the agency pays and sees billing, and the agency team can manage the brand.

Branding is more than just colors, logos and fonts. Will you offer more brand guideline customization options?

We're working on expanded brand collateral and support for managing other types of brand assets.
